Standard Online Promotion Package

For the standard promotion package, the following services are offered:

• Entry Page The entry page describes your promotion and can display the sponsor's logo and artwork. It contains the entry fields, and can list information about the prizes in the program. It also links to the official rules and prize schedule for your program. There are several templates available to choose from for your program, or you have the flexibility of providing your own custom html page.


• Confirmation Page The confirmation page lets consumers know they have successfully entered your promotion. This page can include the sponsor's logo and can trigger a redirect to the sponsor's Website.


• Entry and Selection Criteria Entry criteria determines the frequency of entry into your program (daily, weekly, one time only, etc.) as well as initiations based on age, residence limitations or other considerations. This can be integrated with Secure Promotion Security options.


• Analytics All entrant information is gathered in a database so results of the promotion can be statistically analyzed. These results can be utilized to target potential customers for additional marketing efforts.

Random Winner Selection

Winners will be randomly selected as defined by the rules associated with your promotion.

• Your promotion will be set up to support the guidelines that you choose and have incorporated into your official rules.


• Winners Report A report of winners will be generated to ensure proper distribution and fulfillment of prizes to all eligible winners. If this service is to be completed by another party, a complete copy of your entrant database can be forwarded to you.


• Completion Package Upon completion of your campaign, you will receive a "Completion Package". In this package you will get:


• Your HTML page files
• All entrant data
• A comprehensive analytics report of your campaign statistics

We do not retain your campaign data for any purpose unless requested. All entries are confidential and remain your property.
