Official Rules

Promotion Watch's legal team is available to draft or review official rules for legal compliance, practicality and conciseness. The final proposed copy and artwork are reviewed for compliance, ambiguity or exposure. Continuing legal advice during distribution and fulfillment is also part of Promotion Watch's service.

Bonding and Registration

Certain states require bonding and registration. Promotion Watch provides registration services for Florida, New York and Rhode Island. For total prize values of $5,000 or more, Florida and New York require a sweepstakes surety bond equal to the total approximate retail value of all prizes offered. The state of New York and the state of Rhode Island require registration 30 days prior to the start of a promotion. The state

of Florida requires registration seven days prior to the start of a promotion. Promotion Watch assists customers in obtaining surety bonds and administering all registration requirements.
